Software Architect, Intel

A graduate from a military engineering academy, Alan holds a degree in electrical engineering and his first job was building control systems for satellites. After retiring from the military, he worked variously as a systems architect or a security architect on a number of platforms and technologies for, amongst others, the Department of Justice in California and Intel Security.

His responsibility at Intel now is to design solutions that will secure future connected vehicles. Alan is a founding member of Intel’s Automotive Security Review Board (ASRB) and a member of SAE Vehicle Electrical System Security committee.
